All the data dilevered from the customer to SemiMask is the property of the customer, reserved as to the customer, and is not to be published, reproduced, copied, disclosed, or used without the express written consent of a duly authorized representative of the customer. SemiMask will sign a NDA (Non-Disclose Agreement) with the customer when the data is transferred to SemiMask.
